An inspirational health and wellness journey where soul and science meet awaits viewers in new lifestyle show “Born For This,” premiering this April 2 (Saturday) on Metro Channel.
Hosted by humanitarian and triathlete Elle Adda, “Born For This” aims to empower Filipinos by breaking the stigmas of mental health, spreading educational awareness and guidance on holistic practices, and building community connection and support.
Elle is a French-Filipina composer, musician, and motivational artist, and public speaker who believes that changing the world begins with oneself. She stressed, “How do we change the world? We change ourselves first.”
With the help of non-profit organization, Fuel To Flourish, which is chaired by Elle and is comprised of a diverse group of health experts and practitioners, the new program also aims to “help 1 million Filipinos overcome stress and anxiety as well as flourish with complete well-being of the mind, body, and spirit” by 2025.
The premiere episode of “Born For This” will focus on defining true health to discover one’s mind-body engine and learning to utilize it as a source of personal brand of extraordinary.
In the succeeding episodes, viewers can further reimagine their limits and transform their lives through the active practices of Behavioral Health such as mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, bio-hacking, character strengths development, community connection, and a whole lot of passionate island adventures.
