Last Wednesday, December 4, the stars of Bump turned out in full force for a magical evening under the stars at Mov’in Bed in Barangaroo. Hundreds of fans gathered for an exclusive double-episode screening and a cast Q&A hosted by the one and only Dylan Alcott. Here’s a recap of all the moments that made the night unforgettable.
1. The Vibes Were Immaculate
The premiere wasn’t your typical red-carpet affair—it was pure Sydney summer magic. With Mov’in Bed’s outdoor cinema setup, the venue perfectly captured the laid-back-yet-glam vibe of the show itself. Fans snuggled into cosy beds under the stars while the cast shared behind-the-scenes stories.

“It is Kelsey Munro and the writing team—Tim, Nick, Shanti, and all the writers we’ve had over the five seasons. Beautiful writing, a sense of place and authenticity, and a connection between the amazing cast. I feel like a very proud TV mum.”

“I’m humbled to be a small part of this family. The fact that we’re doing it for five seasons, five years, is due to our beautiful audience, our incredible partners at Stan, and our amazing crew who turn up every day.”
