GMA Network Is Offering Awesome Brand New Shows And TV Specials This September

Filipinos celebrate Christmas as early as September that is why GMA Pinoy TV has an early treat for all Kapuso abroad with its offering of brand new shows and TV specials!

Ushering in the new month is the fresh lineup of highly-anticipated drama series on GMA Pinoy TV. 

GMA, in partnership with Regal Entertainment, premieres the biggest telemovie collaboration of the year, “Regal Studio Presents,” this September 12. This weekly anthology features feel-good, romantic, exciting, and entertaining stories starring your favorite Kapuso stars including Ken Chan, Sanya Lopez, Gabbi Garcia, Khalil Ramos, Sofia Pablo, and Allen Ansay.

“Stories from the Heart” is an anthology of unusual love stories which show how social media affects the relationship of lovers and the people surrounding them. The first installment, Loving Miss Bridgette, tells the story of forbidden love between a conservative guidance counselor and a brash young medical student she meets in a chance encounter. Starring our newest Kapuso darling Beauty Gonzalez with our Kapuso heartthrob Kelvin Miranda. This series premieres worldwide this September 13.

Another compelling drama to debut on September 27 is To Have and To Hold. ”  The series is top-billed by the best-of-the-best actors in the Kapuso Network – Carla Abellana as Erica Gatchalian, Rocco Nacino as Gavin Ramirez, Rafael Rosell as Tony Gatchalian and Max Collins as Dominique Ramirez. The series follows the story of married couple Dominique and Gavin who are on the brink of separation, and along the way, their lives will be entangled with Erica and Tony’s who are also in the midst of marital problems.

The all-original singing competition and the New York Festivals 2021 finalist “The Clash” returns with a new season. Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose and Kapuso Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz will return as Clash Masters. Joining them are Journey Hosts Ken Chan and Rita Daniela and the Clash Judges Comedy Concert Queen Aiai delas Alas, Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, and Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha. Catch the fourth season of The Clash soon on GMA Pinoy TV.

September will be even better with the rerun of well-loved series. A major throwback is on the way with the return of the highly-rated drama “Temptation of Wife” Weekend Marathon headlined by Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera with Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo and Glaiza de Castro on September 4.

Have a glimpse of the Philippine education system with the groundbreaking drama series “Titser” bannered by Lovi Poe. The political-romance comedy series “Naku, Boss Ko” is definitely worth watching again starting on September 23, starring Ruru Madrid and Gabbi Garcia who played star-crossed lovers from different political affiliations.

Also airing this September are the TV specials of GMA Pinoy TV’s Fun Connect! “DongYan Stronger Together GMA Pinoy TV 16th anniversary FunCon” with Kapuso Royal Couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera hosted by Comedy Concert Queen and The Clash judge Aiai delas Alas aired on September 12. The welcome party of newest Kapuso Bea Alonzo entitled “A BEAutiful Day with Bea Alonzo FunCon” hosted by Kakai Bautista will be seen this September 19!

Meanwhile, GMA Life TV is offering four of the most compelling indie movies of this generation on “Reel Life Indiefest.” On September 4, watch the intriguing Filipino sci-fi film “Instalado” starring McCoy de Leon and Junjun Quintana on a futuristic story of education being implanted into a person’s brain. On September 11, witness the incredible acting prowess of Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino in the indie film “Balut Country” which was screened at the 28th Tokyo International Film Festival last 2015. On September 18, be fascinated with the extraordinary story of “REquieme” where internationally-acclaimed star Shamaine Buencamino received Golden Screen Awards nominations for her performance. Be on cloud nine on September 25 while watching the rare romance film “Ang Kuwento Nating Dalawa ” starring Nicco Manalo and Emmanuelle Vera.

Home to award-winning regional newscasts and public affairs programs, GMA News TV will start airing one of the longest-running and top-notch newscasts “Saksi,” anchored by Arnold Clavio and Pia Arcangel on September 7. On September 19, in commemoration of the declaration of Martial Law, GMA News TV presents the Silver Medal awardee at the 2018 New York Festivals, “Alaala.” Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards depicts the life story of screenwriter and Martial Law survivor Boni Ilagan in this award-winning TV special.
