All-female P-pop group BINI is spreading loads of good vibes in its freshly released sophomore album “Feel Good,” which conveys the magical feels of falling in love, keeping the love, and fighting for love in five original songs and two bonus tracks.
Fresh from their win as Outstanding Female Group of the Year in the Diamond Excellence Awards 2022, the group dropped the album last Thursday (Sept. 29) that showcases the same sparkling charm of its members Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena through more fearless and fiercer sound.
The album features “Strings” as its key track penned by the BINI members themselves alongside the song producer, ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, and Robert Perena. The group simultaneously released the “Strings” official music video, which trended on Twitter and gained over 2,400 concurrent viewers at peak during its premiere.
BINI’s new album immediately topped the iTunes Charts after its release. It earned features on iTunes’ “New Music Daily,” “Future Hits,” and “Absolute OPM” playlists while all its tracks made it to iTunes’ Top 15 Song Chart.
The album also made it to Spotify’s “New Music Friday Philippines” and “Radar PH” playlists and even topped the “P-pop On The Rise” playlist.
Last September 22, the nation’s girl group as dubbed by their fans called Blooms dropped its pre-release single “I Feel Good,” one of the album tracks that came out simultaneously with a breezy music video.
Other original tracks in the album are “No Fear,” “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi,” and the previously released single “Lagi.” An acoustic version of “Lagi” and a dance version of “Strings” are also part of the release.
BINI is also set to wow fans with captivating performances in the upcoming “Feel Good” Live Album Showcase, now happening on October 28 (Friday) at SM City North EDSA Skydome.
